We partnered with Dexcom Canada and Agence UNIK to design and build Dexcom Deep Dive, a custom webinar platform supporting ongoing clinical education for Canadian HCPs. The site is built on WordPress with a fully custom backend module that allows Dexcom’s team to manage webinars, registrations, and communications in one place. Automated email (via Sendgrid api) and SMS reminders support attendance, while personalized follow-up emails are triggered after each session. Hosted on our AWS infrastructure, the platform is designed for reliability and scale, delivering consistent performance and 99 percent uptime. The result is a clean, design-led system that supports both healthcare professionals and internal teams with minimal friction.
